 Autumn is my witchy vibe & this playlist is a journey to a cozy, spice-scented wonderland. This release also marks the one-year anniversary of weaving these playlists for you~ What a joy it’s been! 

So light a candle, burn some incense, turn it up, and let yourself be moved by this evocative music selected with love & intention.

And now to drop into the body for a moment...

In the last 5 months I've been on a deep body journey with Bright Line Eating, and altogether I've released 40lbs. You can read more about my experience HERE. I feel AMAZING, and this has rippled out to all areas of my life~ I'm going on daily walks, doing yoga, and I just started doing Pilates classes online with Cassey Ho of Blogilates. I am feeling so much stronger, more flexible, and I have increased stamina, which I've noticed on my two recent photoshoot days. I've even jumped on the trapeze in Tom's backyard and had a few swings!

When I'm busy in work mode at my computer, I take breaks throughout the day to do 10 or 15 minute classes. Keeps me and my body happy, and it helps me focus & stay on task.
