๐Ÿ“ท After 5 years I finally have some new photos for my website! As a Personal Branding Photographer and Web Designer I know how important it is to have current imagery to tell the story of what you do and the magic you bring to the world! 

๐ŸŒŸIโ€™ve been so wrapped up in growing my business that Iโ€™d put off having my own pictures taken, so now it feels amazing to have some fresh imagery to show who I am in this current moment. Thank you to In Her Image Photography for these beautiful photos! 

๐ŸŒŸItโ€™s powerful to be seen and see myself in an updated way, and this act of seeing & loving reflection is something I hold space for in sessions with my own clients. Photos can be a powerful mirror to show us new facets of ourselves, and capture our soul essence in that moment in time. May Client Spotlight: Writing Allison

๐Ÿฆ‹ Iโ€™m delighted to announce my newest website for Allison Fragakis. ๐Ÿฆ‹ Allison believes EVERYONE IS CREATIVE & leads spirited writing circles (online & in-person soon). 

๐Ÿฆ‹ Allison also creates one-of-a-kind heirloom Typewriter Poems to commemorate a special person or occasion. They are a stunning gift that will bring tears to your eyes and a sparkle to your heart. 

๐Ÿฆ‹Her newest offering is a 3-hour creative journey into the wilds of Marin County, CA, where she will guide you to connect to your inner muse, immersed in the healing energy of nature with a kindred spirit.

๐Ÿฆ‹ Allison found me by following a dream she had! She wrote a blog post telling the story of this nocturnal calling which you can read by clicking the button below. As part of her web design process we dove deep into a dream she had & used it to guide our work together. Allison is a delightful soul & anyone that gets to create with her is going to have FUN!

Monthly wellness tips:
Yoga with Kassandra & 10,000 steps

I've made some major lifestyle changes over the last two months and I'm excited to share a few elements with you that have made a big difference in my life. They feel so simple & obvious, but the shift I feel is profound. As a web designer and photographer I spend a lot of time at my desk on the computer, and this year I have felt particularly low energy, and was experiencing blood sugar & food issues that I suspect was affecting my mood, sleep and overall vitality.

Beginning in April, I started a new food program that focuses on lots of whole foods and cuts out flour and added sugar/sweeteners & it's been game changing! (If you're interested let me know by replying to the email and I can share more :-) 

I also began walking 2-3x/per day aiming for 10,000 steps per day, and I enrolled in 2 FREE online yoga challenges: 10 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes at night with Yoga with Kassandra (links below).

I'm amazed about how just much 10 & 15 minutes of a yoga can do! I feel more connected to my body, flexible & grounded, and I'm sleeping much better. I look forward to these bookends to my day and my sweetie Tom has been joining me on the mat. And with such short classes I find there is no excuse not to do them! (I easily spend way more than that time on social media every day!)
